Could this BE any more exciting? Hey there, Friends! We’re about to get super organized with your web design inquiry process.
As your personal Moxie Maven (think Rachel giving fashion advice, but for Moxie CRM), we’re going to explore how to make your potential clients feel welcomed and comfortable moving forward with you.
Just like Joey doesn’t share food 😆, you don’t want to share a messy inquiry process with your clients. Ready? Let’s go!
1. The Essential Framework: Setting Your Stage
Let’s start with the foundation of your amazing client experience! Creating a smooth process starts with getting the basics just right.
- Pipeline Stage: Set up your pipeline to for this specific process to create a new opportunity. Our stage is “Web Design Inquiry-Discovery Call Scheduled”.
- Meeting Scheduler: Make scheduling a breeze by connecting it with your pipeline stage. When the meeting is scheduled, a new opportunity will be created. You’ll find this setting on the Overview of the scheduler. You have to create your form and emails before you can add them to the scheduler.
2. Crafting the Perfect Form
Let’s transform your inquiry form into something special – a warm welcome mat for your future clients!
- Discovery Call Inquiry: Create a form that feels like sitting down for coffee with a friend. Ask questions that help you prepare for the discovery call — with only the information that you need because you want to keep it on the shorter side.
- Conditional Logic: Keep things simple and sweet by showing only the questions that matter to each person. This is a personal preference.
3. Designing Effective Email Templates
Time to craft messages that make your clients smile! You can get as fancy as you want with these emails. Make sure your clients are welcomed and are excited about the call with you. Create two email templates: one for confirmation and one for reminders.
- Confirmation Emails:
- Meeting details: Add the meeting details to your confirmation email using the tokens available.
- Friendly and Welcoming: Add your unique sparkle while keeping it professional. See our emails below.
- Reminder Emails:
- Meeting Location and Time: Make it super easy to find everything they need. Add the meeting location token to a button so it’s clear where to go to join the call.

4. Bringing it All Together with the Meeting Scheduler
Your meeting scheduler is like a helpful friend who makes sure everything runs smoothly.
- Integration: Connect all the pieces to create a seamless experience. Your form, email confirmation and email reminder for the meeting are added to the meeting scheduler.
- Preview: Preview the inquiry page and customize the meeting description. On the left side of the meeting scheduler you can click in the text area and make any changes you want.

5. Embedding and Executing on Your Website
The finishing touches that make everything shine! The inquiry page on your website allows users to schedule a call and fill out a form at the same time.
- Place Scheduler on Website: Use the share button on the meeting scheduler and embed on your website.
When all these lovely pieces come together, you’ll have an inquiry process that feels like a warm hug! Each step naturally flows into the next, creating an experience your clients will absolutely adore.
Remember, a streamlined process is like a beautiful dance – when every step is in harmony, the magic happens! It’s all about creating genuine connections and memorable moments with each person who reaches out to you.
